As a certified Vinyasa and Kemetic Yoga instructor, I incorporate a unique body-centered perspective into therapy.
I help high-achieving adults who have spent years taking care of everyone else but struggle to care for themselves. Many have experienced childhood trauma, difficult relationships, or chronic stress that keeps their nervous system in survival mode. Using EMDR, nervous system regulation, and a compassionate, body-centered approach, I help clients heal.
In addition, I have been a certified yoga instructor since 2019, integrating this therapeutic modality into my work with clients. I am deeply passionate about addressing and healing the effects of inter-generational trauma, believing that a holistic approach is essential for fostering lasting healing and personal growth.

This supportive group designed for adults experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, trauma, or emotional overwhelm. If you feel stuck in survival mode, constantly on edge, or disconnected from your body, this group offers practical tools to help you reconnect with a sense of safety and balance. Together, we'll explore how the nervous system responds to stress and learn evidence-informed, body-based practices that promote regulation, resilience, and emotional well-being. Sessions include grounding techniques, breathwork, mindfulness, body awareness, gentle movement, relaxation exercises and skills that can be applied in everyday life. No prior experience with somatic practices is needed.
