I might be a good fit for you if you're interested in processing relationship trauma/abuse, processing sexual trauma, understanding health relationship building & communication (in monogamous or ENM/polyamorous relationships), are looking to explore kink dynamics or gender & sexuality, are looking to process grief, understand your neurodiversity better, or just need someone to talk to who might just "get" it. Hi, I'm Grace! And I'm a lesbian, neurodivergent, trans-affirming therapist! I may be a good fit for you if:
You struggle with aspects of your identity (gender, sexuality, life stage, ways of defining worth, etc.).
You often feel as if you are “not enough” & don’t measure up to those around you.
You have trouble expressing, processing, or regulating emotion, perhaps due to past contexts in which you didn’t feel safe to do so.
You can sometimes be really mean to yourself.
You find yourself pushing away the “hard stuff”.
You want to build self-awareness to understand your inner world on a deeper level.

Hey, I'm Sage. Being both Gifted and Neurodivergent (known as being Twice-Exceptional/2E) can take a toll, resulting in Isolation, Depression, Anxiety, Overwhelm, Underwhelm, and Burnout. This further compounds when combined with unique experiences of Trauma, Stress, and/or LGBTQIA+ identity. Giftedness/High-Intelligence/High-Achievement; Neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD, OCD, etc.); Mental Health Struggles; Unique Life Experiences; and LGBTQIA+ identity are an intricate crossroads of identity that I have experience with firsthand- you can work with someone who “just gets” this juxtaposition in an intimate way that a seeming few do.
