I have a deep compassion for people struggling with these problems and believe the answers can be found within you. I use techniques designed to help you find the hidden strengths inside you so you can build skills and tools to help in the future.
I know how hard it is to ask for help and I understand not everyone has had a good experience with therapist. I hear many stories from frustrated people about how they wanted help and just couldn't find it.
