I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor with over 17 years of clinical experience. I am EMDR level 11 trained. I also have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Attachment theory. Additionally, I have advance training in EFT (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy),
I work collaboratively to identify your strengths and find positive ways to cope with challenges. Together we will find solutions that optimize your wellbeing. In my work with couples, I use Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), which is a well-researched and effective modality to increase safety and connection in relationships.
