While I work with most people who come through the door, my ideal clients are women, age 30 and above who are unhappy, stressed out, frustrated and who feel they are at a crossroads in their lives. They want change but are not sure how to go about implementing changes to their lives. Women who desire to live their best life now.

I specialize in working with people who are ready to change their lives. People who are sick and tired of being sick and tired. People who know that they want a change and just need help getting and staying on the path. Peoples whose anxiety, depression and fears are getting in their way.
