At Inner Peace Counseling of Utah, our compassionate team helps children (ages 4+), teens, adults, couples, and families overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, OCD and life’s difficult transitions. We accept many insurance plans, and our highly trained therapist interns offer quality counseling at reduced rates, making support more accessible when you need it most.
Our team of providers specialize in the treatment of trauma/post traumatic stress through advanced modalities, such as EMDR, ART and DBT-PE. Other specialized approaches are used for anxiety, OCD, depression, anger, addictions, divorce, relationship struggles, including betrayal and parent child conflict. These include CBT, IFS, EFT and Gottman.
