We provide child, adolescent, family, couples, individual, and group counseling. Periodically we facilitate psycho-educational groups on various topics. We are a bilingual group in Fayetteville NC. and North Myrtle Beach with combined experience working with individuals with anger management, assertiveness, parenting, stress management, sexual dysfunction, and self-esteem issues.
We operate from a philosophy that emphasizes meaning in one's life, responsibility, and the ability to express oneself in your own unique way. We believe that counseling should be tailored to the unique individual's needs. Our approach is cognitive-behavioral, Emotional Focus Therapy and Trauma-Informed.
We have worked with many soldiers and retirees using Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocess treatment. This treatment helps with PTSD symptoms, working through painful memories and experience relief and healing. Our practice has a Trauma-Informed and holistic approach that is focused on healing and growth.
