Do you live with "eldest daughter syndrome", and are usually the one who takes care of everyone else's needs? Do you feel there is little energy left for yourself at the end of the day? Do you feel resentful, stuck, and unable, or uncertain about, what you are needing and how to meet those needs? You are not alone. As a Brainspotting therapist, I specialize in helping women connecting with their inner child, re-process trauma and heal wounds that results in overfunctioning in their relationships, people-pleasing, and self-doubt so they can step into their confidence and trust themselves again.
I specialize in working with anxious adults and am passionate about helping women undergoing the process of self-discovery. I offer an eclectic approach that I tailor specifically to each client based on their needs and goals, and draw from a variety of therapy modalities including Brainspotting, CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Beginning therapy can be a daunting process, but you have already taken the first step and for that I commend you.
