During these difficult times it can be hard to ask for help. If you make the first step, I'll come along side of you and aid in your your journey towards health, balance, and happiness. I assist individuals, couples, families, and children through difficult situations with understanding, acceptance, and with genuine caring. I will collaborate with you to help guide your journey, as we work together to find health and wellness.
I have experienced many personal inner journeys, enhancing my ability to relate to your circumstances. Couples adversity, divorce, custody mediation, reunification,co-parenting, EMDR, and communication skills are a few of my personal and professional areas of growth. My experiences, lend compassion and understanding for your journey.
I am experienced in working with families, marriages, teenagers, and couples. I work a lot with trauma, using EMDR and narrative techniques. I am also a trained custody mediator, co-parenting facilitator, and reunification advisor. Assisting families during emotional transitions, such as divorce, adoption, visitation etc., is a passion of mine.
