I am passionate about utilizing Art Therapy to help hold space and bear witness to the healing, hurt, and all the feelings in between. I primarily work with children, teens, and young adults ages 5-35. During our session, I will utilize trauma-informed, person-centered care, while incorporating elements of Strengths-Based, Gestalt, and Existential Therapy.
My goal is to work together with you to help you create goals that fit YOUR unique lifestyle and needs. Together we will navigate the complexities of life, and help you find empowerment, growth, and healing. I believe that everyone has a seat at the table and a story worth sharing.
