I have been working in the mental health field for over a decade and have experience working with individuals who struggle with a variety of life's challenges. It is my hope that with collaboration, compassion, and honesty we will work together to identify existing barriers and to find your inner strength to overcome these barriers.
I am a client centered, strengths-based therapist with a unique approach that allows for the use of a variety of techniques and strategies creating a personalized experience. Techniques and strategies used within a session are determined based on the clients' specific issues, personality, and preferences but also allows the ability to adjust as needed.
I am a strong believer in personal power and believe strongly that we all have the capacity to be successful in our lives and to find happiness.
