I have 20 years of experience providing individual, group, and family counseling. Areas of special interest include but are not limited to: depression, anxiety, drug and alcohol abuse/dependence, life transitions, trauma, and interpersonal conflict. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Existential Psychotherapy and Behavioral Analysis.
I am also recognized in the State of Washington as a Supervisor for Master Level Clinicians who are seeking hours to obtain their Mental Health Counselor license (LMHC)
