We serve a diverse population throughout the state of California by virtual sessions and we see people in-person in Atascadero and San Luis Obispo.

Working with issues ranging from anxiety and depression, to healing childhood wounds and improving relationships, we are here for you. We have therapists trained in EMDR therapy and love seeing what an immediate and positive impact it makes for people.
