Inner Expansions has several therapists on staff who use a variety approaches to customize treatment to the uniqueness of each individual and/or situation. Almost all of our therapists are trained in EMDR. We serve a diverse population throughout the state of California by virtual sessions and we see people in-person in Atascadero, CA.
We love helping people find their strength, balance and a healthy perspective on their unique situations. Working with issues ranging from anxiety and depression, to healing childhood wounds and improving relationships, we are here for you. We have therapists trained in EMDR therapy and love seeing what an immediate and positive impact it makes for people.
