From Stuck to Steady Men’s Group (Virtual)
This group is a 12-week growth group for men who are already working on themselves but don’t want to do it alone. This group focuses on building self-leadership, emotional steadiness, and awareness under pressure. Participants learn how to recognize stress responses, interrupt unhelpful patterns, and respond more intentionally in relationships, work, and daily life. The group emphasizes accountability, reflection, and practical tools rather than labels or diagnoses. This is a supportive, structured space for men motivated for change and growth.
