I believe in integrating various styles of counseling to facilitate personal growth and change in order to have a better quality of life. My training allows me to view complex problems with a variety of perspectives to find the best solutions.
I have a desire to work with military members and/or their families who are experiencing trauma related to service, trouble readjusting to civilian life, or family issues surrounding service or deployment. I also have experience dealing with issues related to chronic pain and it's impact on mental health.
