Whether I am working with individuals, couples or families, I am empathic, collaborative, and provide suggestions and feedback in a safe, respectful and supportive environment. I have worked with different cultures, backgrounds, ages and professions, and love learning from my clients.
I utilize a trauma-informed approach and integrate Cognitive Behavioral, Somatic, Mindfulness, Emotionally Focused and Psychodynamic therapies. I provide affirmative therapy for the LGBTQIA+ community. I help identify your goals in order to create an effective treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.
I love working with couples, and draw from an Emotionally Focused Therapy perspective as well as Gottman Method. I base treatment on identifying unmet needs, and fostering security and connection in relationships. Additionally, I have been trained in EMDR and Somatic Experiencing, focused on the treatment of Trauma Resolution.
