I specialize in helping kids and adults understand and heal trauma, attachment wounds, improve their relationships, and manage emotional challenges like anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or emotional ups and downs. Whether you're struggling with a specific issue or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to support you in creating a life that feels authentic, connected, and fulfilling. I have extensive experience working with teens, helping them process emotions, build resilience, and develop healthy coping skills. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and client-centered, ensuring that therapy feels meaningful for you.
My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Attachment Theory, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodynamic, DBT, and mindfulness. I'm a certified Play Therapist Supervisor, a certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapist (PCIT) and a Level 1 Theraplay provider. I can support parents with IEP's and 504 Plans.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but it's also a courageous act of self-care. If you're ready to begin your journey toward healing and growth, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation. Together, we can explore how I can support you in achieving your goals. If I'm not a good fit, I will connect you with other providers.
