Whether you’re facing conflict in your relationship, navigating anxiety and stress, self-doubt, acculturation, grief, or trying to parent through difficult stages, I provide practical, compassionate guidance to adults, teens, and families. I offer support to international people as they adapt to a new culture, to those facing a chronic illness or medical trauma, and to women throughout perimenopause and menopause. Life transitions can be difficult. I offer a safe and trauma-informed space where both your emotional and physical experiences are understood and validated.
Additionally, I have experience in helping couples navigate conflict, and in working through issues of parenting, co-parenting, and custody agreements, with an emphasis on preserving emotional well-being and prioritizing children’s needs. Together, we’ll improve communication patterns, reduce conflict, and move toward healing and resolution.
If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted, therapy can help. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. You’ll find a safe space here, one that honors your voice, helps you reconnect with your values, and supports meaningful change. Together, you'll gain clarity and additional perspective to break toxic cycles.
