Hello and welcome to my page! My name is Donna Angel and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I specialize in self love, self compassion, depression, anxiety, body image issues, eating disorders, mindfulness, grief, and alcohol and addiction. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, chronic illness/pain management, trauma, and emotional abuse. I am currently providing teletherapy services to individuals, couples, and families residing in the state of California. I provide culturally sensitive mental health services to older children, adolescents, adults, and couples.

I have been a licensed therapist for over 30 years in CA, FL and HI.
