I work with individuals, couples and families who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves, others, and the world around them. Most are navigating complex situations. Many are in a challenging relationship, navigating parenting, caregivers, students, high achievers and survivors trying to make sense of where they've been and where they're headed. Using a trauma-informed, narrative lens, I help clients explore patterns, process pain, and uncover the stories that reflect their strength, values, and identity. The goal is to offer a space where you feel seen and supported as you move toward healing and growth.
As a Couples and Family Therapist, I emphasis relational dynamics , how you experience yourself within your relationships, your family system, and the broader environments you move through. Much of my work centers on intimacy, disconnection, betrayal, and intergenerational patterns, including the beliefs you may hold about love, worth, safety, and belonging.
