I work with individuals experiencing mood and personality disorders, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, emotional instability, chronic stress, interpersonal difficulties, trauma and trauma-related symptoms, and other challenges. I utilize EB modalities including CBT, DBT, SFBT, and Motivational Interviewing, & trauma-focused therapy.
