Together, we can work on healing your relationship to yourself that will empower you to have healthy relationships with the people in your life.
I work with men, women, couples, parents, young adults, and adolescents (10+).
Many of my clients are working through their attachment styles.
I utilize a somatic. inner child, trauma-informed, & attachment theory perspective. The primary modalities I utilize are EMDR, Inner Child Work, IFS, and Gottman.
I love to integrate/ reference film/tv, music, art and movement (somatic work) into sessions.
Don’t be surprised if I ask you to watch a film or bring in a song to process further with!
