I view counseling as a way to better externalize how things interact with your mind, body and wellbeing. I strongly focus on how Attachment within our family systems imprints on who we are and how we interact with the world around us and the people we love. I try to work within the space in which you are ready and eliminate the power dynamic that sometimes can be present when feeling the need for help. I feel that therapy can be empowering and incredibly clarifying as you navigate your intrinsic motivation and self worth.
I specialize in working with life changes and attachment trauma. I work under the lens of Circle of Security Parenting model and Internal Family Systems. I want to keep practicing within the guidelines that we are all good inside and have positive intentionality, especially within our roles as parents.
I believe that each person has the desire to be better and to do better. However, we only know what we know, and its never too late to learn. I want to walk beside you and your family in understanding your internal struggles, your external expression and the pain that maybe holds you back from creating the ability to connect to your loved ones.
