Maybe you think you're too much but somehow also not enough, too different, complicated, or even broken. You've spent years in hypervigilance, people-pleasing, masking, making yourself small, or going it alone to survive. You might be a trauma survivor, neurodivergent, queer, creative, or otherwise used to feeling like an outsider. You adapted because you had to. Now you're ready to feel more at home in your body, your relationships, and your life.
Therapy can offer space to experiment with new ways of relating to yourself and others. We'll build a therapeutic relationship that can anchor you through shutdown, spiraling, shame, and self-blame. Together we can face what previously felt unbearable, moving through trauma toward vitality and self-acceptance. It feels a lot like freedom.
You will not have to educate me about your identity. I understand many people seek therapy after years of being misunderstood or unseen, confusing even to themselves, and exhausted by the strategies necessary to just get through the day.
