I work with adults navigating anxiety, eating disorders, PTSD, and trauma, particularly those stemming from domestic violence/intimate partner violence. Many of my clients are neurodivergent and seek a space where they feel understood and supported. If my clients feel overwhelmed or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, we work together to find tools to begin healing. My practice is affirming and inclusive of BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent individuals, offering a safe space to explore identity, resilience, and growth.
My approach is flexible and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I see therapy as a collaborative partnership, you're the expert on your life, and I'm here to support your journey. Rather than a top-down model, I aim to walk alongside you, helping to illuminate your path toward healing, self-discovery, and a more authentic, fulfilling life.
I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment where you feel safe and supported. I approach each session with curiosity and compassion, aiming to understand your unique experiences and how I can best support you.
