Welcome to my page! Whether you're totally new to therapy and starting this process for the first time, or a self-exploration veteran who has decided to try something new, beginning with a new therapist can be both exciting and intimidating. I am here for you! My primary focuses of treatment include anxiety and depressive disorders; relationship distress, parent training, and exploration of gender, sexuality, culture, and other aspects of identity. I work with each client to help them gain the rich, fulfilling, and meaningful life that we all want.
If I were a fly on the wall for one week, would I be able to know exactly what is important to you based on your actions, words, and how you spend your time (and whom you spend it with)? For many of us, our mental health prevents us from living congruently with our values or fulfilling our potential. We just don't know how to overcome these hurdles.
I will help with that! I meet my clients where they are in life, and build on their interests, natural coping skills, strengths, personal beliefs, and values to help them create a life worth living.
