Healthy relationships promote happiness, security, success, and even physical health! Moreover, healthy relationships lay the foundation for future relationships, so how you interact with your spouse and your child will impact your child's future relationships. I work with both families and couples on improving their relationships by building trust and open communication. Much of my work has been with families with children or teenagers. I also have experience helping families deal with various illnesses in collaboration with doctors and psychiatrists. I also work with individuals to reduce stress and improve confidence.
I have completed the Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) externship and am working towards EFT certification. I've used EFT successfully with many couples to grow their relationships and helped them create a deeper emotional bond. I've worked with many families and restored their ability to have fun and be more open with one another.
If you're tired of the same fights and the same disconnection and want to experience a deeper authentic connection then let’s work together to restore it. Or if your family has drifted apart because of work, stress, homework, illness, arguing, or all of the above, feel free to contact me via a phone call or an email. I have Saturday availability.
