Trauma Therapist - Weekend Availability - CBT, DBT, EMDR
If you’re struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, or PTSD, I’m here to help. I offer weekend sessions to accommodate your schedule. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and EMDR, I’ll help you process trauma, develop coping skills, and shift negative thought patterns. My goal is to provide a safe space where you can heal and grow. Let’s work together to help you reclaim your life and build lasting change. Reach out today to begin your journey.
With my specialty, there is a focus on reducing trauma with EMDR, rather than just coping with it. That being said, there will be some meditations involved, along with some grounding techniques as well. The DBT will assist with mindfulness, interpersonal skills, emotional regulation and distress tolerance. There will be some general CBT involved as well.
For people suffering with trauma, many may simply be coping with the symptoms, rather than reducing them. That being said, especially with the Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, there is a lot of work involved during the sessions, but it is something we an work on together. Also, there is some homework involved with the DBT aspect.
