I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational stress, often at times when things feel overwhelming, uncertain, or difficult to manage alone.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in respect for your unique experiences, values, and goals. I don’t see my role as “fixing” problems, but rather walking alongside you, helping you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns while developing tools that support meaningful and lasting change.
I use an integrative approach to counseling, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. This allows us to tailor the work to what you need through building coping strategies, improving emotional regulation, processing difficult experiences, and creating a clearer direction forward.
Before transitioning into the counseling field, I spent over two decades working in fitness training, business management, and marketing, experiences that shaped my practical, goal-oriented approach and deepened my understanding of personal growth, discipline, and resilience.
