I understand how challenging life can be. I also know that it’s not always easy to navigate either. As one journeys through life, there comes a time when we all need the love and support of someone who cares. For this reason, it has always been my passion to help those who are in need of that love and support. With a non-judgmental attitude and a heart of compassion I aim to meet you where you are. My hope is to walk alongside you in an effort to help you achieve your therapeutic goals.
I pull from different perspectives in therapy such as Psychodynamic and Cognitive-Behavioral approaches, to name a few. I use various theories including, Cognitive Behavior, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Christian counseling; all of which are molded to meet the specific needs of my clients.
At this time, only teletherapy is available. I would love to offer you a free 15 minute consultation. Thank you for taking the time to find out a little about me. I look forward to having the opportunity to speak with you.
