I work with adults (18+) and couples to move towards a satisfying life, using compassion, intuition and trainings in Gestalt, Mindfulness and Acceptance & Commitment Therapies to help you connect to your best self and build strong relationships. I also specialize in working with couples who are experiencing challenges in their relationships.
