Hello. My name is Inga and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT 159944) in the state of California. I am trained and experienced to support you with a range of experiences, including anxiety and depression, grief and loss, life transitions, the journey of pregnancy and parenthood, sex and intimacy and substance use. People come to me with histories of sexual trauma, relational harm, feeling out of control with their behaviors, new parents navigating a new terrain, feelings of anxiety, fear, hopelessness.

My clients are youth & adults, individuals & systems. I am trained in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, NeuroAffective Touch, Gestalt therapy & Trauma Informed Sex Positive Therapy. These modalities won't change the world but they will support you to understand and trust yourself deeply, to practice surfing big emotions with skill so that you may come ashore.

Your lived history, your relationships and connections, past and present, the current social political context, it all matters greatly in the context of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being.
