As a licensed Marriage and Family therapist, I am passionate about relationships and I am committed to helping individuals, couples and families reach their greatest potential. Using a collaborative approach, I offer my clients a safe environment to learn practical skills to help improve communication and decrease negativity in their relationships.
My Treatment Specialization includes: Premarital and Marital; Couples and Families; Working with First Responders; Parenting and Blended Family Issues; Adolescents; Life Transitions; Depression and Anxiety; Family of Origin Issues; Self Esteem; Stress Management; and Grief and Loss.
I accept Premera, Regence and Firstchoice insurance and I am able to bill all other insurance companies as an out of network provider. I accept Health Savings Account (HSA) cards for payment as well and offer a same day payment discount of $10 to help make therapy more affordable for clients.
