I enjoy supporting individuals experiencing challenges in their relationship. I am passionate about working with those who are, or suspect they are, neurodivergent. My areas of specialty include supporting partners who have experienced intimate partner betrayal, infidelity, issues related to intimacy, and sex addiction. We all long for intimate human relationship but for many of us, we can't seem to shake this dull aching loneliness that resides in the pit of our souls. However, the inherent human need for meaningful relationships has remained elusive. Often, it feels easier to isolate than to face the intolerable reality. I work with adults & adolescents who feel overwhelmed, have relational challenges, or struggle to move forward after a painful life event. Avoiding distressing emotions/experiences can create more chaos in our lives, leading to feelings of hopelessness and pain. I focus most of my therapy practice on infidelity recovery and betrayal trauma treatment. In therapy, we will explore how your past experiences impact your present and potentially inhibit you from the personal growth you strive for. With a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Santa Barbara, and a license to practice in Washington State, I am dedicated to delivering trauma-informed therapeutic care. At Pacific Therapy Group, PLLC we are here to help you with your psychological and mental health needs. We provide comprehensive psychological testing services, including testing for Attention Deficit/Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) for teens and adults, mood disorders, and trauma. We also provide mental health counseling on a weekly basis for those interested in uncovering how personal, relational, and emotional issues have surfaced and how to process them and resolve them.
