I specialize in working with people in transition, individuals, couples and young adults. As a Generalist with an emphasis in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I tailor my approach to each individual I work with. I want to fully understand your story; however, I recognize it is important for you to feel comfortable. My first job is to help you become comfortable enough to begin sharing your story. My speciality is working with people who are going through a difficult time with relationships, dating, seperation, divorce, blended families, infertility, adoption, postpartum, menopause, caregiving for aging parents, young adults, and other mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and OCD.
My career has included working with seniors and their families, providing therapy as well as case management. I work with senior's and caregivers who provide assistance for older adults. My areas of specialties with senior's include Alzheimer's support, therapy concerning grief and loss, life transitions and depression and anxiety.
