**Currently on hiatus due to COVID-19/office closure** Learn how to use expressive writing as a form of therapy, as well as a tool to help you better understand yourself, your experiences, and your relationships. Research has shown this type of writing offers a whole host of benefits: improved mood & well-being, reduced stress, anxiety, and depressive symptoms, increased resilience, better sleep--it can even reduce blood pressure & increase immune system functioning! You don't need to have any previous writing experience to benefit from this group. An open mind, a pen, and a piece of paper are all you'll need.
