I assist athletes and high performers in undoing the stressors, traumas, past pains causing mental illness symptoms like depression, performance anxiety, apathy, insomnia and a performance decline. I use Alpha Imprinting technique to allow for athletes to reset their nervous system from past hurts, pains, injuries, traumas and stressors so they can regain and expand on their peak performance abilities. Alpha Imprinting also desensitizes your nervous system on the sensory or unconscious level from any potential of worst-case scenarios in life and in sports so you can maintain flow "alpha" brain wave state while performing.
My Alpha Imprinting technique has enabled my clients to win Olympic medals, world titles and national team spots. I do all my one on one sessions online or concierge by request. Alpha imprinting can be done in a group or team setting or as a 1-2 day long intensive. I offer (WAVI) QEEG brain health scans as a concierge service upone request.
Being an athlete and high functioning over achiever I have always been intrigued by optimizing mind-body-spirit performance to remedy mental illness symptoms. I hold a bachelors degree in human performance and wellness emphasis in exercise science, a masters of social work and a doctorate of integrative medicine.
