I help people who are stuck figure out what is going on, understand it, and then move boldly forward towards a more fulfilling life experience. I specialize in working with clients who experience anxiety, depression and ADHD issues across the lifespan. We have all struggled. It's learning how to move through these challenges WELL that is the focus of my work. I also have advanced training in LENS Neurofeedback which is available at both of our Novo Life locations.
I am a professional creative and avid adventurer. I draw on deep experience that I have developed touring the world as a professional musician, entrepreneur, and show host. I quickly learned that what I care about most is helping others discover and live life to the fullest. To that end, I co-founded Novo Life Counseling along with my wife Leanne.
