I help clients struggling with sexual issues and how those affect their relationships. Children often do not have the words to express what they are thinking or feeling. Traditional talk therapy alone is rarely successful in helping children process difficult life situations. I help children overcome anxiety, depression, and other challenges. I also assist parents in building strong, open relationships with their children. If your child is going through anxiety, sadness, behavior problems, social issues, or life changes (divorce, loss of a loved one, etc.) I am happy to walk along side them in their journey. In addition to working with children, I also see teens and adults.

When life gets messy, the path forward can be difficult to see. I have a passion for working with women experiencing hard life events. I specialize in perinatal mental health, specifically postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, fertility struggles and/or birth trauma. My hope is to help normalize that motherhood is HARD and you are not alone. I also work with individuals who have experienced traumatic events throughout their lives and are currently struggling with depression and anxiety.

I see clients with a range of psychological issues, such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger, deconstructing painful religious history or background. Most of my clients are adults ranging from 20 to 80+. I am a Clinical Psychologist with advanced training in psychopharmacology or psychiatric medication management. This allows me to practice psychotherapy and also evaluate, educate and suggest medications that may be helpful in your treatment. If medication is appropriate most of my clients do not see a psychiatrist, they usually return to their family physician for their medication needs. Many take less medication over time.
