For more than a decade, I've worked with individuals and couples in crisis due to infidelity, abusive relationships and recent loss. I also help premarital couples get off to a good start, and assist established couples seeking to improve their relationships in the areas of communication, conflict resolution, intimacy and parenting. As a trauma-informed MFT, I believe our past experiences impact the way we form our identity and relate to each other in the present. As a Christian therapist, I integrate spirituality with IFS, EMDR and the Gottman Method.

Through building a solid rapport and forming a strong treatment alliance with my clients, I work to help my clients learn healthy and adaptive coping skills, increase awareness, and experience greater joy and meaning in their lives.

I primarily work with individuals and couples who want to strengthen their relationship, rebuild trust in their relationship, or gain the clarity they need to make decisions about the future of their relationship. I also work with individuals who feel stuck and limited to furthering their own personal growth.

I am a Clinical Social Worker with more than twelve years of experience supporting teens, adults, and couples in overcoming anxiety/depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and chronic stress.
