I specialize in helping men with distressing sexual feelings and behaviors, especially those with same-sex sexualized attachments and OCD, to pursue psychological and spiritual healing, in order to live more joyfully. In therapy, I utilize a combination of evidence-based modern psychotherapy methods and sound philosophical psychology to support client goals.
