What is the impulse that gets you up in the morning? Do you struggle with knowing what it is? Do you feel that you are constantly working towards a goal only to see it move out of your grasp? In my practice I work a great deal with clients who work in the creative professions. I work with clients to uncover their internal dialogues and behaviors. I believe that every person is operating from a desire for love, dignity, and grace, and it can begin with the therapeutic relationship. I also have a business doing mental health consultation for the entertainment industry (Media Psychology Services).
I approach each client as an individual with a unique history of relationships, traumas, desires, and hopes. My practice centers on investing in the client's understanding of their experience, and contributing psychotherapeutic perspectives, techniques, and new experiences to support the client develop and deeper relationship with the Authentic Self.
Most of my clients have complex lives, they often forget that. I am a firm believer that complexity is actually a gift, rather than a challenge. I am passionate about therapy supporting clients as they encounter themselves from a new perspective. Most of my clients want to change the bad, not realizing that growing often brings a "new good" too!

Dreams as a Guide to the Psyche
Dreams are a unique window into the unconscious and how we approach life, and how we address our hopes, our values, goals, and relationships. Exploring dreams as a group can help create a community of dreamers who help each other work through life goals by using their dreams as a tool.
