All of my sessions are held online. As a coach and therapist, I combine both approaches to create a treatment plan tailored just for you. Our work together starts by identifying problems and setting goals. We then decide what frequency to meet and how closely to work together. Individual clients accompany me on a two-hour light hike/walk that combines movement, nature and psychotherapy. For those who are too busy to leave their home or office, I provide on-line counseling as well. I am eager to help and meet your counseling needs.
