I am a Yale Medical School trained clinician who has devoted to my work for over 25 years. I use my experience in private practice, schools, hospitals, and psychiatric facilities to contribute to my ability to assist others. My goal is to partner with people to reach their goals. I am a supportive therapist who believes that we both are required to be active participants in the process. After receiving my Master's I was chosen for a fellowship program at Yale Medical School. This training has aided significantly in my ability to provide treatment to my clients & develop/work collaboratively with other professionals.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in the state of Texas. I have a Masters Degree in Counseling from St. Edwards University. I have experience in treating trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, women's issues, life adjustment issues, gender/identity, and grief. Throughout my career I have used life experiences and tailored treatment plans uniquely to each individual client. I strive to bear witness and guide each person through his or her personal journey to reach their goals.

With a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and a Master's degree in Science of Counseling from Southern Methodist University, Dr. Moein works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families and groups. Dr. Moein has also gained advanced training in substance dependency and adolescence counseling. In psychotherapy, Tannaz pays close attention to the importance of whole and complete system of individuals. She believes in experiences, consciousness, and that people are creative and can shape their personality. Her approach to counseling is to help clients believe that individuals have within themselves the capacity for growth through better understanding of themselves, development of better relationships, and encouragement.
