I have been trained in a variety of therapeutic models and offer tailored sessions for individuals who are struggling with various challenges and specialize in high functioning anxiety, depression, and trauma. At this juncture in my career, I have gained further specialty in treating women during their reproductive years, including the psychological trauma, anxiety, and depression that accompanies infertility, pregnancy, motherhood, and miscarriage.
Being raised in a large, audible, high-achieving, close-knit South Asian family while straddling the cultural expectations that accompany, I also enjoy working with children of immigrants who are adjusting to major life transitions including professional, familial, and relational difficulties and navigating their own acculturation process.
