I am a Christian Counselor who work with clients who want to make a change but don't know how to make that change. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with over five years of clinical experience. I am a graduate of University of San Francisco and received my masters in Counseling Psychology. I have worked with individuals and couples in various settings with a wide range of behavioral and emotional concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship & family issues, grief & loss, life transitions and identity development. I believe our well-being is greatly impacted by early childhood experiences, our culture and our relationships with ourselves and others.

I work to help clients learn ways to improve communication, decrease stress, and improve coping strategies in order to improve their quality of life. Welcome! My practice is open during early EVENING hours to accommodate all schedules. I have been fortunate to have 16 years of counseling experience in both the school setting and the private sector. I have had the pleasure of working with clients ranging in ages 4-18, adults, and with families. While working with children and adolescents, I believe that the family dynamic is an extremely important part of the therapeutic process, and will often involve parents and siblings in therapy when it is helpful. One of my specialties is working with parents to help with parenting struggles-- from the very young ages to teen years.

I work with adults dealing with depression and anxiety, and have a specialized focus on the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I have a strong interest in Women's Health with a focus on pregnancy, the postpartum period and infertility. I value assisting women and their partners as they journey through these intense life events. I also have expertise in the area of Behavioral Medicine, and approach the management of chronic medical conditions with an understanding that health encompasses physical, mental, emotional and social aspects.
