I offer services for adults and adolescents (18+) using a variety of approaches (primarily cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy).

I primarily work with couples, men, and individuals with disabilities. I utilize a directive approach and seek to ensure that every client feels safe and heard during each session. The work we do during our time together will sometimes be challenging, but I firmly believe that it will be worth it. She is Certified in the Prepare/Enrich Program which is used to strengthen and enhance marriages as well as prepare for marriage; this program utilizes a comprehensive assessment which the couple will complete along with skill building exercises during therapy.
