I treat OCD, Trichotillomania (hair-pulling), & Dermatillomania (skin-picking) using Exposure Response Prevention, ComB, HRT, & ACT. Treat past and present TRAUMA using EMDR. I have experience in individual and group therapy with children, adolescents, adults, couples, & families suffering from depression, anxiety, & bipolar disorder. I treat children and adolescents' behavioral problems such as aggression, anger, rebellion, poor academic performance, criminal problems, and sexual abuse. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. I graduated from Argosy University Phoenix with my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work with children, adolescents, and adults and provide individual, couples, and family therapy. I have worked with individuals with an array of behavioral and mental health issues including: anxiety and mood disorders, post-traumatic stress, personality disorders, trauma-related difficulties, suicidality and self harm, grief, adjustment disorders, couples and family conflicts, and other phase of life issues.

Though I specialize in trauma therapies and often treat abuse, rape, and first responders, military, PTSD, and other traumas, I have years treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, relationship issues, bi-polar, PTSD, stress management and other issues. I do specialized therapy to treat childhood trauma, sexual assaults, First Responders, military, and others with trauma. I want someone who is willing to work to rid themselves of those demons that haunt their life and prevent them from moving forward. We specialize in Marriage and Family Therapy including parenting, family cooperation and marital discord/couples counseling. We work with blended and divorced families, emphasizing healthy communication and co-parenting. We work with families struggling with issues associated with ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Defiance and Attachment Difficulties. We have a focus on identifying strengths and able to work with just the individual person or with as many members in the persons' system that are receptive to participate. As special part of our practice I work with sports performance and college athlete/student readiness.

Dr. Autry provides counseling and psychological testing for a wide range of clients' issues. Her style of interacting with clients is warm and encouraging. Clients are carefully guided in exploring personal issues. Through creative thinking and a problem-solving focus, solutions are identified. I enjoy working with couples and families as I feel that this is where I can be most impactful and the most change can be made. I am also able to effectively work with parents to help foster parenting skills and help parents manage behavioral concerns and effectively co-parent their children.

I hold an MA degree in Counseling from Ottawa University and an MA in education from Arizona State University. In addition, I hold an advanced Graduate Specialization in Marriage and Family therapy. I am an LPC, and a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor. I am trauma informed and practice from an attachment-base model. I use strength-based assessments to develop an individualized treatment plan for each client that is based upon the identified needs.

I love to help adults with a variety of issues; including managing ADHD and ASD. I work with clients who have complex trauma, borderline diagnosis, and single parent issues. I am also intricately aware of spiritual abuse dynamics. I will help you set goals and achieve them for yourself and family.
