For more than 25 years, I have helped individuals find gratifying careers and relationships and feel capable managing inevitable bumps in the road. My psychoanalytic training gives me a deep respect for unconscious processes and mindfulness training and practice invites curiosity, compassion and a non-judgmental attitude in our work together.
My intention is to be curious, informative, inquisitive and accepting so that you have room to find out more about yourself in a safe space. I believe this offers the atmosphere to help you rediscover your true self, allows your innate abilities and talents to blossom, and your human foibles to feel more acceptable.
