Currently scheduling Relationship Intensives for July, Aug, and Sept. I specialize in relationships and sexuality. That includes addressing themes such as attachment wounds, conflict/conflict avoidance, differences in communication, infidelity, gaps in desire, low desire, difficulty communicating about sex, ENM, polyamory, etc. And to be explicit: LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC folks are most welcome. Couples sessions are 75 minutes. I am only scheduling couples- not individuals. Please email to schedule a screening. Do not leave a voicemail.

Trained in: Gottman Method, Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Pragmatic/Experiential Therapy for Couples (PET-C). Informed by: Developmental Model and parts work. My approach is trauma-informed and client-centered.
For me, it all comes down to curiosity. On the one hand, life is traumatic, horrendous, and full of suffering. On the other, there is awe, aliveness, and beauty.
